My Roll of CSM Got Wet.

There was a big thunder storm the other day and water came in under my garage door and got my 30 ft roll of CSM all wet.

I had it off the floor, but When I went in there today there it sits.

Is this ruined or can I gently un-roll it and let it dry out???

Its fiberglass, not paper. Gently unroll it and let it dry as you said.

Yup, just let it dry thoroughly before using it. Resin breaks down the binders, not water. Just make sure that you are gentle with it so you don't pull it apart due to the water weight that will be acting on it.
