Whilst rebuilding the carbs today on my 1976 1150 115hp in-line 6 merc (distributor type) I noticed a thin plastic hose that runs down the starboard side of the engine. This runs from the top to the bottom of the powerhead. Does anyone know what this baby does?<br /><br />Of course it has deteriorated and is cracked up - any suggestions where I can purchase this type of hose in Sydney, Australia?
