Whats the tension knob on the front used for exactly. When I put my control arm in the forward position and push it down, it takes both hands to push it down??? Is there an adjustment on how easy or hard this should be-
Sounds like you have a throttle control cable problem. Disconnect the cables at the motor and see what happens when you operate the controls. The NA12s controls are very good but they do need lubrication from time to time. The tension screw is just to prevent vibration from allowing the control to move once set.
