Cool stuff Adam, thanks for posting all of your comments. I saw the last of the Apollo shots, the life of the STS, Space Ship One, and now Dragon: the US Space Program (both commercial and government) have been fascinating to me over my life. I've always enjoyed and respected what I've seen from NASA (though I'm sure it's bloated in places too), but I do like seeing the unique approaches that the commercial sector will bring to the table. The next 20 years or so will be pretty interesting for space exploration ... think I'll brush up on my Klingon and Wookie a little bit (to keep the SciFi franchise gag alive).
We're talking about plasma drives and all we get are those lame animations ... LOL, just kiddin'.Check this out for some high tech future propulsion. It isn't exactly hyperspace or warp drive (depending on your SciFi franchise preference) but it's faster than anything currently in use.
