Got a couple of questions. One is, have you had any luck yet with MotorGuide on finding the parts? Second is, approximately what year is it? Might be able to help you.

Hey hntr64, the reason I was asking those questions was I used to have a MotorGuide service center and I still have manuals and a few parts. The year is very important for lookup.

It is a '77 era motor with the metal control box cover. Sorry for the delay on replying.

While the attachment will be helpful to some, this thread is more than 3 years old. It would be better if you started your own.

DO NOT TRY trollingmotorparts.com. In Alba TX I ordered from them and got NO response to calls or e-mails. All I got was frustrated. I had to dispute the charges on my card and find someplace else for Minnkota parts.
