Need fuel pump rebuild kit for 8hp

Ok, so I think I have the issue with my 99 8 hp mariner pegged. It's definatly fuel. If I spray fuel down the carb throat, it starts right up. Then when it wants to die (in 30-60 sec) squeezing the fuel line ball, revs it up again. Sounds like the fuel pump is shot ( or the float is sticking?). I'm going to clean and rebuild the carb and the intergated fuel pump. My question is , "does the carb rebuild kit come with the fuelpump diaphram & gaskets or is that a seperate order? If so, anybody know the part #?
