go to the Antique Outboard Club' website,
www.aomci.org They have a free classified ads page where you can post your wants. They also have a Links page where you can find a bunch of vendors for old parts.
The best thing you can get is a parts list, so you can ask for the part by number. I'll betcha that if you ask for a parts list on their Ask-A-Member forum, somebody will post it for you. Give the model number when you do.
Finally, join the club and attend some local meets. Warning, it can be addictive and you may wind up with a garage full of old motors before your wife leaves you.
