I’m not a Boat expert actually I’m a newbie to big boats but the trim pump motor may not be bad. I would bet if you took the pump motor apart and cleaned the armature where it meets the brushes it will work again. My friend had troubles with his I took it off and tore it down and there was just some Iight corrosion on his armature I cleaned it up reassembled it and she works like a champ. If that don’t work try replacing the brushes you can usually pick them up from a good auto electric repair shop. If you have any questions let me know I would be glad to help you out. I have been an automotive restoration tech for 35 years. An electric motor is an electric motor. And usually corrosion is the culprit..
