need help with boat seats

hi i am new to this forum, last summer towards the end i received a free boat from my neighbor. it sat for 8 years tires were sunk in the ground. the good: put four new spark plugs in it and it started right up no engine problems also has trailer and ski pylon. the bad: the floor and seats were all rotted so i replaced the floor before putting it in the water. now before i put it in the water for the season i need seats. does anyone know where i can get seats at a good price or weather i should just build them. thank you.

Welcome to iboats Dugan. What kind of boat do you have? It will help these guys figure out how to best answer you questions. There are several places on the web you can order seats, but depending on what you want/need , they can get expensive. If you need to recover your seats, a local upholsty shop can do it, or you can find threads on here showing step by step instuctions to do it yourself.

it is a 1985 ski centurion warrior barefoot. im looking for low back to back seats because the boat sits low

Back to back seats typically have a 10" base minimum. If you a search for "Bayliner seats" http://www.iboats.com/Replacement-B...5201591--session_id.399004628--view_id.426393 you can find some that are sold with no bases (a lot of bayliners have the bases built into the hull) and you can make your own custom short bases.
