LOL- does that chart mean you have to drive at 62mph all the time??? Kudos for going to the 15's and getting sufficient capacity. Many would have gone with 14's because "they fit".
Here are the fenders installed. I had a metal fabricator cut these extensions for $15. It worked great! The fenders now fit with plenty of clearance over the tires.
