need help with replacing 1989 85 hp force lower unit.

Hi I got a 1989 bayliner capri cuddy 16 ft with a 85hp force outbored motor.The lower unit is cracked and needs to be replaced.I was wondering if any other year make or models would be compatible.Can ant body help me get some info on this so I can get it repaired. Thank you.

Any 81-89 unit will work.They come in 2 shaft lengths.20/25 make sure that you get the right one.Don't know what you have?? Go here>http://www.onlineoutboards.com That will help.J
