Need Model Year for 4HP Evinrude

Hi...<br />I am trying to find the Model Year for a 4HP Evinrude. The Model # is BE4BRCRM, The Serial # is B024303.<br /><br />I need to replace the plastic gas tank, as the old one is cracked. I tried repairing it with plastic epoxy, but it did not take.<br /><br />I am also looking for suggestions as to where I might find a replacement tank for this.
