Need mount for Transom Saver (Bass Tracker)

Hello all, I have a Trailstar trailer for my 04 Tracker and the transom saver mount bracket(or foot as some call it) snapped in half. Does anybody know where I can buy just this part? Thanks!

I can't tell but if it is of weldable material a welding shop might can fix it cheaper.
