need part #for impeller

I have a evinrude 40hp 1975 (40555c model) I am looking for an impeller.Does anyone know what the part # is ?

I am aslo looking for the charging coils and the rectifiers.

Impeller = 386165

Note that the charge coil (driver) supplies power to the external coils.... it does not charge the battery.

Charge Coil (driver) = Manual start 581202 - - - - Electric start 581557

Rectifier = 581366 superceded to 581778

I have the rectifier if you don't locate one.

This motor has 3 coils 2 are considersed charging coil and 1 is a driving coil.
The charging coils are mounted on a metal core which holds both coils .

there is a picture in the # 1302 seloc book page 5-33
this motor 40555C 1975 is one of those in between years and not much is documented.
I have not yet found the charging coils or a valid part # for such.
The part # you sent me is not comming up in anyones system. maybe im doing something wrong???? Do you have the exact manual for this model.

Yes, I have the exact parts manual for that 40555C model.

The "Stator" which you're referring to as the charge coil is part number 581252 but supersedes up to part number 582097. The oither numbers I gave you are correct.

I always laugh as I learn about the different outboard manufacturers and the names they have for their ignition components. I think Yamaha calls the coil that charges the battery a lighting coil or lightning coil? Triggers, sensors and pulsers oh my.
