Hi all.I have recently completed a stringer/floor job on my procraft fishing boat and i need an opinion. I feel that the prevoius owner positioned the trailer bunks too far inboard towards the keel in an attempt to provide better support on the trailer.I have moved them outboard to where the boat sits better on the trailer but i don't know how easily the boat will load .The outboard keels on the trihull may hit the bunks when loading although the angle of the trailer on the ramp may prevent this.I have attached pics showing before & after. The pic on the left is before i moved them.Let me know what yall think. Thanks in advance.

I think (and this is just my opinion) that you should have two sets of bunks due to your hull style. One set close to the keel, ensuring a straight load and another set a little further out about where they were before for additional hull support. I am not sure I would leave them in as close as you have them without some aditional support on the hull. Maybe split the difference of before and after and you might be ok...

.....just a thought but why not replace that aft most roller with a self-centering roller and if possible, raise it slighty. Then either bunk arrangement will work.
