hey man thanks for the advice. I had four buddies and my dodge tied with rope on the thing, my wife was screaming the whole time lol, it was a bit nerve wracking but we got it flipped, ill post some photos tonight.

The Schoolie Stripers are down in the Norwich Marina, The monsters are about 1 month away based on previous years experience, but on agood day you can catch schoolies all day long right now. Ill post some pics of my flat back striper slayin canoe later. Its a 17' Old Town flat back with a 2 hp honda four stroke. Awesome for the river.

Hopefully i can get this thing done in a month for the monsters if not though i have the canoe. Its fun getting pulled in circles by 40" stripers!!!!!

I remember you had some problems getting primer to stick to gluvit. How did you overcome this. What type of primer should i use in the gluvit areas. i was told the zinc chromate primer isnt good for the gluvit???

Hopefully ill be spraying my boat next weekend and applying my "STRIPER SLAYER" badges!!

Good to hear you got her flipped. Keep at it. I have to get this thing buttoned up. I still have to get the motor off the donor boat and have it tuned up. I really want to get down that way for the biguns...Schoolies on a fly rod or ultra light can be fun too!!

Hey man, how is the progress, i finally got mine painted. I hope you have made some progrss in the past month or so, I should be ready to go in 2 weeks.

Come on man, I have the deck in mine now, almost there. Based on the last photographs you posted it looks like ive caught, or am catching you.

HURRY STRIPERS ARE IN!!!!!! I caught 40 in my canoe 2 weeks ago. Schoolies on freshwater gear.
