need some help please with oiler

i need so help i have a 1989 60hp outbore motor and i need to know how to the the oil pump for the gas mix boats buzzer keeps going off like it's overheating and motor shut's off there is a new throm that i put in so can't be that i don't like hope some out there can help

Hi jobo....<br /><br />Let's see if we can get the questions straight first.<br /><br />Your engine is a 1989 60hp. Apparently it has a VRO pump? And want to know how it mixes the oil and gas?<br /><br />When the buzzer goes off, is it a steady tone or a beep-beep-beep type of sound?<br /><br />Not sure what you mean by "throm". Do you mean thermostat? Could you explain please?<br /><br />We'll help, just need to make sure we are on the same track.....thanks.

Constant Beep- Overheat<br />Rapid Beep- No Oil<br />Beep every 20 Seconds- Low oil.<br /><br />Hope this helps.
