Need some help with specs for a 3.0

My motor is a 1985 OMC 3.0 I did replace all the tune up parts like plugs wires cap and points and condenser . I have the points set to 18.000 and the plugs to 35.000 , but my question is what should the dwell and timing be set to? Thanks in advance

Dwell should be 31? - 34? and timing should be 4? BTDC.

Double check your point gap too - my manual says .019"

Thanks for the reply I will double check the gap but when I set the dwell to 31-34 that should put the gap where it is supposed to be , correct
