Need to identify Yamaha 50HP 2-stroke

My boat came with a Yamaha 50HP 3-cylinder 2-stroke engine but no documentation for the engine. The engine has oil injection and electric start. I'd like to identify the what it is and acquire a workshop manual for it. I've looked for but not found a manufacturer's plate so do not know the serial number. However, I've taken some photographs which can be found here:

The engine runs fine, had a recent service including a new drive shaft fitted by a marine engineering workshop, but needs a new propeller fallowing me striking what I think was a submerged log on Saturday last. The prop is marked 11 3/8X13-G, so it's the correct prop.

Can anyone tell me what I've got, when it was likely made, and where to get a good workshop manual?

No way to tell from the pics except that it looks like all of the models in the states for about 15 years. Few changes during those years. A picture with the cowling off and mainly the starboard side of the motor close up of the electrics will help put it in an age range. the big difference will be in the electronics and crank.

looks like a model between 1990 - 1994 ......
