Not trying to be rude but as some have already stated, That's what is so great about living in the country you can do what you want. I grew up on a farm and there was always someone shooting or riding dirtbikes Doing tractor work or whatever. Bottom line, please dont bring all of the city rules and regs to the country, if it is too noisy think that summer is almost over and he will be going back to school or just move.
