I need help finding a used flywheel for a 1990 Johnson GT150. P/N: 0583844 I cannot find one ANYWHERE. I didn't know it was THE HOLY GRAIL of flywheels!!! Please HELP! Boat is useless without a replacement flywheel!!! The existing flywheel sheared a a few gear teeth when the starter blew!

Some of these flywheels had a provision for power steering drive pulley.-----So an other flywheel with a different part # may work on yours.----Check part # for other ignition components to come up with part # that will work !

You surely are looking for a 35 amp vented flywheel. Part # 583844. Obsolete and discontinued. This US-based bombardier dealer has two new flywheels in stock:
US BOATWORKS INC930 OSAGE AVEKANSAS CITYKS661051850913-342-0011usbw1@cs.com0583844
They were nearly $700 when still sold by Bombardier. What is your issue with the flywheel? Did the timing ring slip, or do you have an issue with the magnets? (which are replaceable.)

Op said he broke teeth off the ring gear when the starter went bad
