Iboats doesn't seem to list sierra water pump kits for years prior to 74. I have a 1972 electric shift V4 100HP. I've come across a spare lower unit, but it doesn't have the water pump kit- specifically the housing, plate etc. I know where to get impellers, but the full kit that would normally include a replacement housing, plate, etc is what I'm looking for. I checked Crowley Marine and Iboats, no luck. I'm getting it ship shape and ready for immediate use if I ever have the need.

I know the 1968-1972 electric shift model years were pretty similar- so maybe the 85, 100, 125 etc (depending on year/avail motor) might all be compatible?

I'm also looking for replacement water tube guides that fit that motor. parts number 314081 and 314765 Crowley has the first (short tube) but not the latter. Figure John/Evin used similar tube diameters/pump housing orifices... my water tubes are beat up - and they've been cut down over the years as their ends get mashed (I stink at lining them up). I could probably get away using two new shorts- but I'd really like the longer one.
I'd cut my own if I could find the correct plastic piping that matched the required inner/outer diameters. I should have measured the last time I had my tubes out, alas- they're inside my working lower unit and I'm not looking forward to re-using them the next time I service the lower unit..
Worst case I'll bring my tubes to my local marine shop the next time I have it apart and see if they can match them up.
