New gauges? Props?

I have a 2007 Skeeter SL210 with a F150TLR 4 stroke outboard and I would like to know if the command link multifunction tach gauge is a good product ? I found the gauge on Yamaha's web site but it doesn't say if it comes with a harness or how hard it is to install. Also I'm looking to purchase a back up prop and found the Stiletto Advantage 2 stainless 19" pitch 14.25 diameter. Right now I have 17" pitch and 14.25 diameter. My question is, will that 19" help on top end RPM not to exceed 6000 which is max for this motor because I still have more throttle now and sometimes will hit rev limiter if not watching the tach closely ? Thank you to anyone who may help. ryan@collisionsplus.com

Re: New gauges? Props?

you want that engine at normal load to hit 5800-6000. if not you will be posting about making oil.
yes the command link is a decent deal although a tad expensive. I have it on my seapro 22cc with an 07 F150.
I also optioned mine with the tri-ducer,water pressure and speedometer sensors.
you will need at least one buss, and one pigtail per command link guage.
on smaller hulls we can run directly from the engine to the console buss with the harness and then use the pigtals from the buss to the guages.
I set mine up with the square tach and the square fuel/speedometer.
if the wind ever quits blowing here I may actually get to use it again :)
