Approximately 10% of the local population is not in the country legally.....
The answer?.....
An I.D. card for illegal immigrants so they can open bank accounts, so they don't have to carry large amounts of cash.....
That way they won't be crime victims & can interact with the police & such.....
I think that whoever thought this up & implemented it should be jailed then deported........​

It's a bunch of crap. The INS bust 32 illegals the day after a rally in NH back in June and releases most on bail WTF! If you deport an American citizen the only place that you could send them to, is to the most liberal state and that is, SEATTLE WASHINGTON.
