I bought this 24ft pontoon boat for $900 last fall. It needs some upholstery work but its not too bad. The floor is solid and the pontoons are in good shape.
It came with the trailer and a blown 75hp mercury (big hole in cylinder wall)
Last week I found this motor for $850. It is a 1995 115hp mercury. It was in some sort of accident. The mounting plate was broke in half and the prop had a broken blade. The guy I got it from didn't know the story. It looks like it hit the ground the way the side cove is scuffed.
I used parts off my blown 75hp to fix it. It started right up and runs very nice. I cant wait to get it in the water for a real test drive. So for a little less than 2 grand I think I got a pretty nice boat.
