New Primer Bulb Standards?

Replacing my primer bulb and was in West today looking at the sets - bulb/hose/connectors. Some of them (the "Premium" ones) said "for 2011 and later EPA compliant fuel tanks."

​What's new? Are they (the primer bulb sets) backward compatible?

Ah, ok. Don't see any reason the post-2011 components wouldn't work on an older tank.

Simply made from low permeability components. Backwards compatiable
