New props don't fit the same

I bought a couple of the sale props from Iboats as spare,but after attempting to install them tonight,I found they don't fit.<br /><br />With the Yamaha props on my F150 I can install the thrust washer,prop,spacer,washer,nut and cotter pin. <br /><br />The Mighigan wheel props fit so that I can't get the spacer,washer and nut all on together. Is it neccesary to use the spacer?

Probably. Did you get the appropriate "hardware" kit for the props? Dirty little secret, not all props take the same thrust washer & nut. That's another way "they get ya" when you buy a replacement prop.

They didn't mention anything about a differnt set of hardware. I'll have to look into it a bit more.

What hub is in the prop?
