Re: New to me tinny!!!

Thankfully it's out of range for me. I can't fit another boat in my yard anyway. Plus I don't have a passport yet. I'll need one next year when I start fishing the Ontario side of Lake St. Clair.

She's worth saving. With a 35 or 40 horse it (Arrow) would be a fun little ski boat.

Try Photobucket. You can rotate, size etc very easily. 640 x 480 is the forum preference for size.

Re: New to me tinny!!!

nah my computer usually does it but it didnt do it this time .. i have some many other accounts i cant keep track of user names and passwords already lol lol.. well it has started as you can see, just havent had the time to mess around with it this weekend. since i am only off on weekends its family time and trying to get parts for my motor and groceries and yadda yadda yadda...

hope to get back ater this weekend , hopefully anyways .. going to strip some accessories off the top and look around for some marine grade plywood.. if i cant find any here i will just have to use regualr plywood with some resin .. i have looked at lowes here in canada and they dont seem to carry it anymore. i guess canadians done need marine grade plywood up here lol i dunno.. anyways i will update as i go along with some pictures and a little tutorial of what i have done and what will be done..

if you look in the back where the splash well is i am going to be putting to seats in the corners and haveing a center console there with a fold down back so i can get to my fuel tanks and batteries and bilge pump.

i am unsure but more thank likely the previous owner had changed the floor at some point and put in just regualr white (but painted) foam in teh bottom .. that was fun to take out and was heavy as all hell.. i will be either putting some 2 lb 2 part foam in or some foam from homedepot or lowes coated in resin so it doesnt absorb the water like this stuff did..

i am wanting to put in a center locker. if i was to take out 2 ribs in centre about 12inches from the top and same at the rear of the boat and brace it where i cut it.. do you guys think this will have effect on my floor? as i wil be using the box i build as a support also for the floor to lay on?

thanks
