New Tstat, New Impeller - No heat reduction

Nope...no pics... Apparently some have figured out the trick for attaching photos straight into the post. I have not, but have great luck posting photos from the photobucket website. Upload the photo to your photobucket site, click on the "IMG" link....it copies it for you when you click it. Then "paste" the IMG link (not the http) to your post. Easy-peasy and free.

OK, anyway. Water is flowing extremely well through the exhaust. I found a fragment of impeller in the heat exchanger that was 1/4" wide by 1". I can't imagine that such a small fragment would cause lots of flow restriction. Maybe I'm wrong.
