Ciao my friends
Last year we have replaced unjoints in my alpha 1 gen 2,
It has outside clips, it was very tough job but we did it. It’s greaseable with zerks.
Before the season it was new grease there, after half year and only 20 hours I wanted to regrease it. Connected grease gun to the zerk and start pumping… the grease only shown on 2/3 crosses, rest is blocked I was afraid of pumping more not to damage any seal or something. Is that ok? Or maybe the outside C clips are too tight?? What to do? Also the old grease which exited was blackly, is that normal after 20-30 hrs of use??
Ciao!

Just keep pumping the grease ,no damage possible.Take the excess and wipe where ever you dont see grease.Charlie

Try rotating the shaft 90 degrees and see if grease comes out the others.
