newb who needs help

hello everyone well I need a little help trying to identify a boat. my girlfriends parents just gave me what is supposed to be a 1959 crestliner voyager. the seats and floor were all rotted out and im trying to find pics of what it used to look like so i can restore it. so any help pics, where to get parts anything would be helpfull. It had the spot light cover and a 65 horse mercury.

if you could post pics of the hull it would be really helpful...

also try fiberglassics.....

but our guys here are really sharp.

I apologize it is a aluminum boat and from the few pictures I can find it looks like a 58 voyager

Howdy 59 welcome to iboats . Pictures of yours as Ooops said would help also is it aluminum or fiberglass as crestliner dabbled in both back then . The classic boathouse and as Oooops said Fiberglassics are 2 good places to look on the web to help ID older boats . Heres one I pulled off of The Classic boathouse does it look like yours .

well that is extrmley close motor and all but I had a wood bench in front which i would like to switch to the padded seats when I restore this thanks alot

this is definately the hull but its right hand drive and it had a front wood bench seat and one that kind of clips on either side

Um 59 if your boats aluminum that one cant be it as that one is fiberglass . I would bet on one of the ones from my second list as those are all aluminum also the voyagers in that list have tops on them not runabouts.

LOL Ok thats more like it . I would say for the sets if you want them original looking either you or an upholstery shop are going to be making them if you just want some pedastal style seats then they can be found here aat iboats or at Bass Pro Shops or Gander mountain or most marine dealers . The dsh is a little trickier finding a picture of an original will be fun and may require trips to google and other search engines .

I caan get you dash shots of my 64 Crestliner Del Rio but its a fiberglass boat the only part on it thats aluminum is the dash .

I am planning the same thing for my Starcraft and I will be making it myself as the features I want I will only get by making the bench myself.

I also have found through the pics that my hull looks exactly like a 1958 voyager so I think i might just have to put some pics up
