ACR is whole different issue that is not associated with a stereo install. Up to you about the common bus bar. Depends on where yours is currently and if the wires would be able to reach if you located in within the fuse block.

Sorry about the crimps fight. He wanted you to get rid of yours which is totally unnecessary if they are the one that came with your boat and done properly.

The fuse panels that Grady used up until a couple of years ago where junk. I changed out the panel at the helm as well as the one on the transom with the Blue Seas boxes you're proposing.

No bus bar on the boat. The grounds from both panels, as well as the ACR, are run directly to the main battery.

Everything crimped. No solder on this boat, thank you ;)
