The pats offense isn't that great, they are good, but not great. Indy's defense is horrible and we only put up 24. Carolina has an awesome defense but their offense is worse than the pats. Final score 13-3 in one of the most boring superbowls ever.

well, i was at the stadium by 11:00am yesterday. great philly time until the game started going south in the second quarter. i'm a poor loser, so with my eagles out, i don't care what team wins. i hope they all die.<br /><br />but for my fans, i'll take n.e.<br /><br />ps. i hate teams that claim a general "area". pick a city and stick with it! now two of these teams are in the superbowl. god only knows who they represent.<br /><br />i know. i'm tired and pissed. it hurts to be an eagles fan right now.

I agree w/ you Gaugeguy, The ole cliche Defense wins Championships sometimes makes for boring games. Whoever establishes a running game (line of scrimmage) will prevail. I'm still not sure if Cats DB's were that good or if Eagles receivers were just that bad

A little of both I think. The eagles just looked horrible, but the cats DB's were stuffing them at the line pretty well, they play it physical just as the Pats do. The Cats running game is better than the pats running game, but I think the Pats shut down the run a little better than the Cats. Has anyone heard about Ted Bruschi's injury yet? He would be a huge loss for the Pat's D if he misses the game.

hey Matt, could be worse... try being a Bills<br />fan and losing 4 straight super bowls? <br /><br />as witnessed yesterday, Defense wins championships!<br />both teams have good D's, so this one is kinda<br />hard to pick. betting against the line (7 points)<br />I will go with cats. think the pats pull out a<br />close one like last S-bowl. 20-17 Pats.<br />If Bruschi is out, I may lean the other way cuz<br />cats have v.good running game. looked like his<br />freakin leg was broken???

At least the Titans stayed within 3 of the Pats, (sorry, have to take moral victories now that my team is out). <br /><br />I'm afraid to pick the Pats 'cause I might jinx 'em.<br /><br />I will pick the Pats any way though by one touchdown, seems they like to keep it close.

Don't know about Bruschi's condition but his replacement looked like a deer in the headlights. Amazing of all the non-calls (flags). I like it but was kind of shocked. 1 thing I like about Cats running game is they go East-West than North-South, spreading the line. Probably go w/ Pats
