Woo Hoo, the Vikings finally won a game! However, Adrian P was knocked out in the 3rd with a torn ACL/MCL and may be out for 9 months. On the very next play, Ponder was knocked out with a concussion. I hate to say it, but, if Ponder didn't leave the game the Vikings may have lost. Webb had 3 TDs. 2 passing and one running. There may be a QB controversy next fall in the frozen north. That's fine by me!

Batch was a little rusty, but looked good for an old man! Running game found their way. Now if Baltimore would only lose, we could use the week off and home field advantage!

Giants did what they had to and a little more convincingly this week. Let's see if they can do it again next game.

They did that a week ago, and the Stillers squandered it. I don't see the Ravens losing to the Bungles. Not when it means the Ravens would get a bye, and a win would keep the Bungles out of the playoffs. Ravens have lost their 4 games to stinkers, but not to decent teams.

Let's hope so! My neighbor and friend is as big a Jet fan as I am a Giants fan. We "wagered" a season of cutting each others lawns on last Saturdays game. Looks like I will have a few extra hours to fish every week in 2012!!!!

Really looking forward to the Sunday night showdown.

BTW...my son was the big winner since he cuts the lawn. It was his favorite Christmas gift!

Happy New Year Football Fans!!

Cowboys have a tough, tough prospect this Sunday.

Romo has a sore hand, but will play (he seems to play extra well when hurt). Felix has a sore leg but will play, otherwise there is only a middle aged formerly retired running back in Morris.

We will see. The last game was far from conclusive.

Another scary win for the Patriots. Still showing that they are not 'play off ready'.

Hey WM... happy Holidays. Ya to bad 'bout Peterson. I gotta admit I'm jumpin' on the Packers bandwagon, with one foot at least....

It was his idea after I refused to wager cash.
Since my son maintains the lawn, it was a no-brainer for me. My boy was ecstatic when I told him after the game. Made it all the sweeter for me to see him so happy.

I'm sure. That's awesome!

Hey Pauly, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year back atchya! Where's the dang snow???? My sleds are sitting still!

Yep, Adrian can't catch a break. First a high ankle sprain that kept him out for a few games, now this.

NFC is looking tough. The AFC better not let their guard down. Is it too early to talk smack??!! Only one regular season game to go, why not.:D
