Ok. Now for the question.

34 foot wood dock in 10 foot sections (4 foot is one section T-boning out to one side) . 4x4 support poles buried in sand support the deck in a very solid fashion.

So heres the question.

How do I keep the side of the pontoon from being damaged.

Do I attach rubber bumpers to 4/4 poles?

I think bumpers on side of boat dont have enough clearance to stop brushing the boat edge to poles.

Open to suggestions.

I caught the Canucks/Blackhawks game last night (like most Canadians I suppose)....great game, for most of it. The Canucks disappeared for about 10-15 minutes or so in the third period tho'....that has got to stop. When they were firing on all cylinders and tightening their defence they were definitely shutting the down Hawks. Just goes to show tho' how you have to keep your foot on the gas for the whole thing.
Oh, what the HeXX is Sundin doing out there?
The next great match-up is going to be the Crosby-Ovechkin affair...going to be good!!

Yeah. Hope the nucks learned the lesson last night.

In the playoffs you can't sit on a lead. If you got up 3-0 by playing aggressive, keep with it and get to 6-0.

Buggers let up and almost lost it. Nice goal from Salo following up on the play to give them the win.

Predictions?

Boston in the east. They are just going to steamroll over everyone.

Van will take Chig in 6.
Det will need 7 to take the Ducks.

I just can't see Van beating Det. I want them to, but can't see it. Even if Luongo stands on his head some more.

Bos gets the cup.

Now, I hope I'm wrong and Vancouver takes it all. Be nice to have the cup in the country it belongs to once in a while.

That was a great game last night!
I thought the Ducks would be worn down by the end but they didn't look like it.

Anyone else watching the B's and Canes? What a fncking ripoff, Buttman officiated game. They haven't called anything on Boston and now wave off a clear goal by the Canes. The officiating in the NHL playoffs has always been worse than any of the leagues, but GD they are setting new standards for the Bruins.

Don't look for the Hurricanes to lie down and let Boston walk away with this thing, Game 2 looks like the Canes are skating away from Boston.

Anyone see the waved off goal at the end of the 2nd? What a rip off.... sure looked like a goal to me.
