nissan 9.8 2 stroke throttle cable reinstall

I had to replace the studs that hold the throttle arm to the motor body, and disconnected the two wire cables from the spindle.Now when I reconnect them , they are not advancing the throttle as the outer sleeve is not being restricted, so the
whole thing is moving at A B on the arm spindle. What holds or grips the cable jackets

Throttle arm? Not being restricted? Arm spindle? I don't understand. What is your actual model, and what exactly did you change?

Probably assembled throttle cable backwards when re installing them ?
