Nissan metal fuel tank

I have an 18 hp Nissan outboard that is running off of a metal fuel tank. The top of the tank is leaking at the main fitting that has the gas guage and gas shut off valve as well as the fuel line coming out of it. Is there a replacement for this part? The gas gauge is old and you cannot see through it. (not really important because opening the tank and looking inside works as well...lol) Maybe a seal kit is available for it. Anyone know?

Buy a 3 or 6 gal Tohatsu plastic tank for it, has a fuel indicator on cap. Check that OB and fuel tank connectors are same.
