I have a Nissan 15 hp---NS15D2---serial 44730--would anyone know the year?
Also on the fuel mixture screw do i turn it out to richen the mixture?

What Luis said is correct. Year of manufacture is unimportant, BTW. However, if you contact the folks at nissanmarine.com, they may be able to determine that year for you.
