No fuel or spark

Hi there, I have a 2000 Yamaha 115 HP 4 stroke. Was running perfect at the end of last season (Oct 09.) Went to fire it up today and wouldn't start. Checked all the plugs and they are dry, but there is fuel at the injector rack. Tried to start with a plug out at a time and no spark. Any ideas? Want to go fishing soon.

do you have the kill cord hooked up? if so when you turn the key in the on position do you hear the electric fuel pump kick on for 3 to 4 seconds.
