Friend of mine has a 27ft Renken fishing boad with Twin 200 HP1996 Johnsons. The port motor (CCW) stoped working in FWD. The shift cable moves the lever just fine and reverse works fine. Sounds to me like some trouble in the lower unit. The thing doesn't make any grinding noise. Just nothing happens when you attempt to engage fwd gear. Thanks
