I have a 1980 mk3 Capri ( German built ) ,mothballed in my shed ,waiting for my 3.9L Rover V8 re-power. Pix might be a bit difficult as my laptop has sucked a kumera and all my pix are on that ,but Im gettin it fixed (screen has died ) I got my right leg chopped off ( motorbikes for ya) and cant drive a manual (stick ) any more so I have to fit an auto trans (ZF 4hp22 Jaguar XK40 ) and I figured may as well chuck an aluminium V8 in there too ( 3.9L Range Rover ).I will get some pix for you

Pelicans flew in to pay a visit yesterday, the eagles did not care for their visit. Funny how some birds are intolerant of other birds in their area.

I watched an eagle trying to take over an osprey nest the other day. It’s amazing how fierce birds can be when it comes to territory. I’m not sure who won I’ll have to take another look soon and see who the winner is. There used to be quite a few eagles here but then they disappear but 4 or five pair have returned in the 2 years.

Tent caterpillars are starting to show up. Birds will be eating good.
