no power to coil

4.3L 0k009133 got dist in now now power to coil, not reading power across circuit breaker either, checked connections

Did you get the main harness wire attached to the starter terminal with the battery cable? How about the 10ga ground on the back of the head? Did it get hooked up?

just recheck wiring starter works, fuel pump works. goround connected, Orange, red (battery), red purple, connected to large post on starter, yellow red/purple yellow in position.

Do you have power to the circuit breaker? Could just be a bad breaker.

Just looked at your wiring diagram, if the starter works from the key switch, you should have power thru the circuit breaker. The slave solenoid picks up it's power AFTER the circuit breaker. No CB, no starter turning.<br />How are you testing for power?<br />Do you have the safety lanyard installed?

i may have two wires wrong and the rep purple wire to the circuit breaker and the solenoid. and they are right together. it's raining now will cheack asap. thanks

got it. didn't have good ground for volt meter. thanks don,
