Thanks so much for the information, i'll pull the fly wheel again and take this piece out and examine it and start my part seach. I'm at work now, but can't wait to get to it. Thanks......Robert ps. I'll report back.

Look for burns (melted plastic) or cracks, you will also see arc lines from where it leaked if it is bad.,

Hi this just a sub note. I pulled the insulator block out and replace it with a new one. The old one look fine, no cracks or arc lines. the situation is the same with the motor. Not even a pop.........Robert ps. the spark is good and hot.

Is this a one piece flywheel.? or does it bolt to the hub if so check to see that #! or cylinder is TDC and that the flywheel timing is at "0" TDC on the flywheel timing marker. This willl have everything to do with the firing. if it is out of line you will get spark but not at the right time. due to magnet displacement .
