Nov 14th and 76 degrees!

Went to pull my pontoon out of the water today and get it ready for the winter and worked up a sweat doing so. Dadgum,it was in the mid seventies today but a cold front is expected on Wednesday so it was the last taste of boating until EARLY Spring.

You guys need to move; My local 7 day forecast. It's the only good thing about this place. Went fishing last Wednesday, yesterday, and doing a beach birthday party by boat this coming Sunday.

Funny part is I'm originally from Michigan ... I'm still surprised by mid 70's temps in November!

It was 75 degrees her in Southern Illinois today.

Okay Lake Erie weather report on monday november 14, wild light southwest, waves less than 1 foot, temp high 50's low 60's. Boat nicely tucked away for the winter. Still thinking of going walleye fishing friday night any takers?

Actually - my kids find snow so novel now that we try to take a run up north somewhere each year. What's nice down here is you get the nice pretty/novel/fun snow for about 2 days (and in the south EVERYTHING shuts down), and then it all melts away and you go back to 60? weather. That's the way winter is supposed to be
