Out working in the warehouse, I hear the ding of the icecream man drive by.<br /><br /><br />When I was a kid, there was no icecream man, we live d in the middle of nowhere. <br /><br />So now that I'm older, I'm gonna have my icecream dernit!<br /><br />

Heycods, nowdays the icecream man probably has sugar-free, fat-free, tofu icecream, so make a run for the street.

Even the sugar free screws up my blood sugar , I think I have become an Insulin resistant diabetic, we will go through testing in a couple of weeks, but for now Im having to watch intake closly. Tried the sugar free a few weeks back and the Blood sugar took off like a sky rocket. Bummer
