You got to have a good hole shot to run 200+ MPH in a quarter mile. A 7000 HP engine sure helps. I just don't want to pay for the fuel. They burn more than 5 gallons on a 1/4 mile run and nitromethane can cost up to $50 a gallon.

If you ever get the chance to go to the Boat Drags, do it. The Top Fuel Hydros, such as the one in the video, are alone worth the price of admission.

Think if i fastened a F-16 turbine on my Boston Whaler 13..i could accomplish that severe of a takeoff?
