Oil coming from prop HELP

I have a Merc 110 9.8hp (I believe 1980 or 1981). There is oil coming from behind the prop and dripping down the fin (whatever it's called). It is black, and smells like gas/motor oil. I do a lot of trolling and very little open running. Is it unburned gas from running at low RPMs, or do I have a problem?(See pics).

Could it be lower unit lube?

Just unburnt gas/oil, no biggie.

Glad to hear, but is there something I should adjust (like the idle)? Could it be a spark issue? Or is it just from all the low RPM running?

There is not a lot, but it is enough to make about a 2"- 3" wet spot in the driveway.
