oil pan baffles

trying to buy a new oil pan mine is rusted out I notcied some say they come with a baffle some dont,,I boat mostly in the ocean 350 5.7 I know it helps with extreme angles and cornering in racing cars but didnt know if it is def required for a boat engine

I would replace it with what you have. Thats how it came. If you show pans that would fit with your serial numbers etc, don't see that it would hurt. If it's not stock, you may have clearence issues in the boat if it's deeper....Probably cost more, your decision...
