I have a 1993 Suzuki DT9.9C with oil injection. Lots of smoke and white-colored petroleum globules coming out of the through-prop exhaust (especially when idling or trolling). These petro-globules float to the surface and break open into oil slicks on the water surface. It starts, runs and idles nice, though there is considerable smoking at startup. Could the oil injection be pumping in too much oil? If so, how is it disabled in this engine and use pre-mix instead?
