You are going to need therapy when you find out what that fuel connector costs. Maybe you will get lucky and find a complete tank with hose. They are repairable. Main thing is try to find one that isn't full of rust and rotten gas.
Yes pressure tank if you want to keep it stock, the alternative is to convert to a pump. Or you could post a want ad on aomci.org for a complete tank/lines and fitting. I lucked out and got a good tank with my 7.5, $75 for the lot.
